Thrissur (Kerala), February 12 Two thefts occurred at temples located near the Thrissur Range DIG office, police said on Thursday. The thefts were discovered when the temples were opened in the morning, police said. In both temples, the donation boxes were forcibly opened by the thief on Wednesday night, they added. At one temple, no money was missing as it had already been removed from the box, but some money was stolen from the other, police said. One of the temples shares a boundary with the Thrissur Range DIG's office, while the other is located about 200 meters away. A case of theft has been registered and an investigation has been launched to find the thief, police added.
