Una, May 15—Officials confirmed on Thursday that the draft delimitation of wards for Zila Parishad Una has been officially published under the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, along with the relevant election rules of 1994 and the Revised Election Rules of 2025.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal announced that a notification was issued on Wednesday, marking the commencement of the public feedback period.
Public Given 7 Days to Submit Objections or Suggestions
Deputy Commissioner Lal stated that individuals or stakeholders with any objections or suggestions regarding the draft can submit them in writing to the Deputy Commissioner's office in Una. As per the draft:- The total number of constituencies in Zila Parishad Una stands at 17.
- The Amb, Bangana, and Gagret Panchayat Samitis have been allotted three wards each.
- The Haroli and Una Panchayat Samitis will have four wards each.
