New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI): Real estate giant Elan Group has announced a substantial investment of ₹3,000 crore to develop an ultra-luxury housing project on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. The project, titled ‘Elan The Emperor,’ will be situated in Sector 106, Gurugram and forms part of a sprawling 50-acre township designed to redefine luxury living.
This latest investment underscores Elan Group’s commitment to redefining luxury living in India while leveraging global expertise for superior project execution.
Project Overview
‘Elan The Emperor’ will feature approximately 600 high-end residential units, covering a saleable area of around 29 lakh square feet. This marks the second project within the expansive township, which will also include:- Luxury residential apartments
- Branded residences
- A high-end shopping mall
- A five-star luxury hotel
- Premium-grade office spaces
