Strategic Investment in Renewable Energy
The Board of Directors approved the acquisition of 17.6 lakh equity shares in Amplus Ampere Pvt Ltd at ₹10 per share, representing a 3.12% equity stake. This corresponds to a 30% share in 5.5 MWp of the total 54.94 MWp capacity of the solar plant developed by Amplus Ampere.
The investment will enable Everest Industries to draw renewable power under Captive Open Access, lowering its carbon footprint and reducing long-term energy costs.
