In the early hours of Friday, residents of Delhi’s Najafgarh area witnessed a sudden blaze as a gas pipeline caught fire near Tuda Mandi. The incident was promptly reported to the Delhi Fire Services (DFS) at approximately 3:28 am.
Responding swiftly, DFS dispatched four fire tenders to the site, successfully controlling the flames within 30 minutes. A DFS official confirmed that the fire was completely extinguished and no casualties or injuries occurred as a result of the incident.
Authorities are yet to determine the exact cause of the fire, and investigations are ongoing.
