Company to Launch ₹40,000 Crore Worth Projects in FY26; Pre-Sales Target Pegged at ₹32,500 Crore
New Delhi, May 19 – Godrej Properties continued its aggressive expansion strategy in FY25 by acquiring 14 land parcels across key Indian cities, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹26,500 crore. The company now aims to maintain this momentum with fresh launches and higher sales targets for the current financial year.Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej confirmed that all acquisitions were made outright in prime real estate markets, including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Indore.
“Last financial year, we added about ₹26,500 crore worth of new projects, as against the guidance of ₹20,000 crore. This fiscal, we are again giving guidance of ₹20,000 crore. Quite likely, we will exceed this by a good margin,” said Pirojsha Godrej.
Focus on Delhi-NCR and Strategic Expansion
According to the company’s investor presentation, the land acquisitions included:- Gurugram – 3 parcels
- Greater Noida – 2 parcels
- MMR, Bengaluru, Indore – 2 parcels each
- Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad – 1 parcel each
Launches and Sales Target for FY26
Looking ahead, the company plans to launch housing projects worth ₹40,000 crore in FY26, up from ₹36,600 crore launched in FY25, which had already exceeded the previous guidance of ₹30,000 crore.For FY26, the company has set a pre-sales target of ₹32,500 crore, representing a 20% increase over last year’s guidance and a 10% rise from the actual figure of ₹29,444 crore achieved in FY25.
“Hopefully, if market support continues, we can outperform the guidance again,” added Pirojsha.
Robust Financial Performance in FY25
Godrej Properties delivered a strong financial performance in FY25:- Consolidated Net Profit: ₹1,399.89 crore, up 93% from ₹725.27 crore in FY24
- Total Income: ₹6,967.05 crore, compared to ₹4,334.22 crore in the previous fiscal
- Sales Bookings: ₹29,444 crore, a 31% YoY growth from ₹22,527 crore
