New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI): Guar seed prices witnessed a marginal decline in the futures market on Tuesday due to increased supply from key producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for March delivery dropped by ₹4 or 0.07%, settling at ₹5,416 per quintal. The contract recorded an open interest of 41,875 lots.
According to market analysts, the price dip is primarily driven by a surge in supply from major growing areas, impacting overall sentiment in the market.
