
New Delhi, February 10 Guar seed prices rose by Rs 28 to Rs 5,535 per quintal on Tuesday in futures trading, driven by increased investment activity.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery increased by Rs 28 or 0.51% to Rs 5,535 per quintal, with an open interest of 46,860 lots.
Market participants said that despite a fall in spot prices, increased investment activity supported guar seed prices in futures trading.
