
New Delhi, February 13 Guar seed prices declined by Rs 9 to Rs 5,464 per quintal in futures trading on Friday, due to an oversupply.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 9, or 0.16%, to Rs 5,464 per quintal, with an open interest of 56,010 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to increased supplies from growing regions.
