New Delhi, January 27, 2025 – Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL), a Government of India enterprise, has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2025, to review and approve the company’s unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
As per regulatory compliance, the company has also confirmed that the trading window for its securities has been closed since January 1, 2025. This restriction, implemented following SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. The measure aims to prevent any potential misuse of insider information by designated persons.
