The new facility, slated to open on May 15, 2025, is set to create up to 150 jobs in its initial phase. The roles will span a wide range of digitally focused positions, including automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT support. Additional roles will cover bilingual CX agents, HR and talent management, support operations, and engineering, reinforcing HGS' commitment to delivering holistic digital solutions.
In its official release, HGS highlighted that the Waterloo expansion marks a major step in its ongoing journey towards digital transformation and data-driven innovation. It will also generate high-quality employment opportunities in one of Canada’s fastest-growing tech hubs.

The Waterloo-based facility will leverage the region's strong technological ecosystem to enhance customer satisfaction for leading global brands.
