Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh – A tragic road accident on Kanpur Road near Bachhawali village claimed the lives of two individuals and left six others injured on Tuesday night. The incident occurred when a car carrying passengers from Jhansi bus stand to Orai collided with an oncoming truck, followed by another truck ramming into the vehicle from behind, according to police reports.
Circle Officer (Sadar) Alok Kumar confirmed that Neetu (38) and Saurabh (37) lost their lives on the spot due to the impact of the crash. The six injured passengers were immediately rushed to a nearby medical college for treatment.
Authorities have sent the bodies for post-mortem examination, and an investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the accident.
