Ranchi, February 9 A 12-year-old girl has been missing from Ranchi, Jharkhand, since February 4, a police officer said on Monday.
DSP P K Mishra of Hatia told PTI that the girl, who is originally from the Godda district, was living with her uncle's family in Girjatoli village near Dibdih.
"The girl has been missing since February 4. Her photograph, along with details such as her name, age, and contact numbers, is being circulated in various places. CCTV footage from the area is also being analyzed," Mishra said.
The police have also announced a reward of 21,000 rupees for information leading to her whereabouts.
Mishra added that the girl had also gone missing on January 27, and the police were able to locate and return her to her local guardian.
On February 4, the girl reportedly left the house around 11 am and did not return, he added.
Efforts are underway to locate the minor, police said.
