New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) – Infrastructure company K2 Infragen has secured a significant road project worth ₹142 crorein Gujarat, further strengthening its presence in the transportation sector.
According to a company statement on Tuesday, the project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. The contract involves upgrading and strengthening the Jetpur-Somnath section in Gujarat, under a performance-based maintenance contract (PBMC).
With this new contract, K2 Infragen's order book now stands at ₹550 crore.
Marking a milestone for the company, Managing Director Pankaj Sharma stated, “This landmark project is our largest single order in the roads and transport infrastructure domain. While the scheduled completion is set for September 2026, we expect to complete most of the construction within this year.”
Beyond road infrastructure, K2 Infragen is also exploring new growth avenues in the solar EPC sector.
