Mumbai, February 13 Shreeji Shipping Global Ltd, a provider of integrated shipping and logistics solutions, announced on Friday that it has entered into an agreement with Karanja Terminal & Logistics to handle dry bulk and liquid cargo at a waterfront facility in Karanja Creek, Raigad District, Maharashtra.
Effective February 10, 2026, the company has secured exclusive rights to handle dry bulk and liquid cargo at a dedicated 200-meter waterfront facility located in Karanja Creek, Raigad District, and operations are expected to commence by the end of March, 2026, according to a company statement.
Following its expansion of operational presence across strategic locations such as the Syama Prasad Mukharjee Port Trust in Kolkata, the company is now expanding its reach into Maharashtra, one of India's key import and industrial cargo gateways, it added.
Shreeji Shipping operates in the dry bulk and liquid cargo handling and coastal logistics segment, transporting commodities such as coal, pet coke, sulphur, clinker, and other industrial goods across India and internationally.
Shreeji Shipping's access to the terminal in Karanja allows the company to capitalize on increasing import volumes and growing coastal cargo movements, the company stated.
