Kia India Registers 23.8% Growth in February 2025; Syros Compact SUV Gains Momentum

New Delhi, March 1, 2025 – Kia India reported robust growth of 23.8% in total vehicle sales in February 2025, selling 25,026 units compared to 20,200 units in the same month last year. This significant increase highlights Kia's strengthening position in the competitive Indian automotive market.

Kia Syros Emerges as a Popular Choice Among Buyers​

The recently launched Kia Syros, a compact SUV, received strong market acceptance, recording sales of 5,425 units in February alone. According to Kia India, the Syros SUV has already garnered over 20,000 bookings, underscoring its popularity and consumer confidence in Kia’s latest offering.

Strong Performance from SUVs and MPVs Continues​

In addition to the impressive performance of Syros, Kia’s existing lineup demonstrated solid growth. The popular compact SUV Sonet led the sales charts with 7,598 units, closely followed by the midsize SUV Seltos with 6,446 units. Meanwhile, Kia’s MPV offering, Carens, recorded strong sales figures of 5,318 units, and the premium MPV Carnival Limousine achieved 239 units during the month.
