New Delhi, May 14 — KPI Green Energy reported a significant surge in its net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, with earnings more than doubling to ₹104.18 crore, driven by a sharp revenue increase.

The company, part of the Gujarat-based KP Group, had posted a net profit of ₹43.04 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24. According to its regulatory filing, total revenue jumped to ₹577.80 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹292.96 crore in the same period last year.

In a move reflecting its improved financial performance, the company’s board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each for FY25.

KP Energy Q4 Net Profit Rises 84% to ₹45.79 Crore​

Another KP Group entity, KP Energy, also delivered strong results for the same period. The company’s consolidated net profit increased to ₹45.79 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹24.89 crore in Q4 FY24 — a growth of 84 percent.

KP Energy’s total income also substantially rose, reaching ₹408.64 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹217.40 crore a year earlier. The board has approved a dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY25.

Segment Highlights​

KPI Green Energy is the group's solar and hybrid vertical, while KP Energy is a full-service wind and hybrid energy solutions provider. Both companies continue to contribute to KP Group’s growth in India’s renewable energy sector.

These results underline the group's expanding footprint and strong financial performance in the green energy sector.
