Krisumi Corporation Secures Occupancy Certificate for Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram, Begins Possession Process

New Delhi, Feb 27: Krisumi Corporation, the real estate joint venture between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group, has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for its premium residential project, Waterfall Residences, in Gurugram. With this milestone, the company is set to begin handing over possession of approximately 500 apartments.

The company has also partnered with Cushman & Wakefield Property Management Services India Pvt Ltd to oversee the management of the first phase of Waterfall Residences, an ultra-luxury residential project situated in Sector 36A, Gurugram.

As part of its expansive township development, Krisumi City, spread over 33.38 acres along the Dwarka Expressway, Krisumi Corporation had launched Waterfall Residences as its inaugural project. The 5.43-acre development consists of 433 luxury apartments across three towers, along with 77 units allocated for the economically weaker section (EWS).

Ashok Kapur, Chairman of Krisumi Corporation, emphasized the company’s commitment to “quality, design, architecture, and timely delivery” as key pillars of its vision.

With Phase 1 completed, the construction of Waterfall Suites—Phase 2 of the development—featuring 320 luxury units, is progressing rapidly. The company expects to deliver this phase by the end of December 2028. Additionally, it has initiated work on Phases 3 and 4, which will together add 1,051 units to the township.

This milestone strengthens Krisumi Corporation’s position in the luxury real estate market, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality, globally inspired living spaces.
