February 11, New Delhi – The Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament, continued discussions on the Union Budget 2026-27, which began on Tuesday, with Congress MP Shashi Tharoor and Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi speaking in the House. The Industrial Relations Code (Amendment) Bill, 2026, was introduced in the Lok Sabha today. Union Minister of Labour and Employment, Mansukh Mandaviya, introduced the Bill in the House during Zero Hour. During Question Hour, Union Minister of Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw, answered questions regarding Vande Bharat trains in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, the Rajya Sabha, the upper house, also resumed its proceedings for the day.
