New Delhi, February 12 Zinc prices rose by Rs 2 to Rs 334.60 per kg in futures trading on Thursday, as traders remained cautious due to a lack of fresh catalysts.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery increased by Rs 2, or 0.6 percent, to Rs 334.60 per kg, with a trading volume of 428 lots.
Traders attributed the slight increase in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh catalysts kept overall sentiment cautious.
