Hyderabad, May 15—The Miss World 2025 contestants will visit the renowned Lord Narasimha temple in Yadagirigutta, approximately 60 kilometres from Hyderabad, on Thursday.

The historic temple, which underwent extensive renovation during the previous BRS-led administration, has become one of Telangana's key spiritual and architectural landmarks. The contestants' visit is part of a larger state government initiative to showcase Telangana’s rich cultural heritage and promote it as a global tourist destination.

In a strategic move to enhance the state’s international image and attract both tourists and investors, the Telangana government has crafted a comprehensive action plan in alignment with the ongoing Miss World 2025 pageant.

As part of their itinerary, the contestants are exploring major tourist attractions across the state. On May 13, they participated in a heritage walk at the iconic Charminar in Hyderabad, followed by a visit to the Ramappa Temple in Mulugu district on May 14. The 13th-century temple is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site and highlights the state's rich temple architecture.

The Miss World 2025 pageant officially commenced in Hyderabad with a grand inaugural ceremony on May 10 and will continue until May 31, drawing global attention to Telangana throughout its duration.
