Nagpur, January 27, 2025 – MOIL Limited has announced that the record date for determining the eligible shareholders for the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2024-25 will be February 14, 2025 (Friday).
The dividend payment will be subject to approval during the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The record date will identify shareholders eligible to receive the dividend.
