Navy-to-Navy Exercises Highlight India-Greece Ties.webp

India and Greece today discussed enhancing bilateral maritime cooperation through expanded navy-to-navy and joint exercises, strengthened training exchanges, and greater operational collaboration. The Chief of the Hellenic Navy, Vice Admiral Dimitrios Eleftherios Kataras, met with the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, in New Delhi.

In a social media post, the Navy spokesperson stated that during the meeting, both leaders also reaffirmed their shared commitment to promoting maritime security, interoperability, and deeper professional engagement. Earlier, Admiral Kataras was accorded a Guard of Honour at the South Block Lawns upon arriving in the national capital.
