Nexus Select Trust declares distribution of Rs 333 crore to unitholders for Dec qtr

New Delhi, February 4 (PTI): Nexus Select Trust has declared a distribution of Rs 332.69 crore to its unitholders for the quarter ending December 31, 2024. In a regulatory filing made on Tuesday, the company confirmed that the board had approved the payout, which equates to Rs 2.19 per unit.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024, Nexus Select Trust reported a 6% increase in its Net Operating Income (NOI), which rose to Rs 441.6 crore.

As India’s first publicly listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Nexus Select Trust boasts a diverse portfolio. It includes 17 urban consumption centres with a total gross leasable area of 9.9 million square feet, spread across 14 cities in India. In addition, the trust manages two hotel assets with 354 keys and three office properties totaling 1.3 million square feet of leasable space.

This marks another significant milestone for the trust, reinforcing its position in the Indian retail and real estate sector.
