New Delhi, May 14 – FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, the parent company of beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa, along with fertilizers major Coromandel International, will be included in the MSCI India Index as part of the latest semi-annual review by global index provider MSCI.

The rebalancing will take effect from May 30, 2025, and is part of broader adjustments in the MSCI Global Standard Indexes, which serve as a benchmark for global institutional investors.

Market Reaction​

Following the announcement, Nykaa shares rose 3.44% on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Coromandel International initially gained 1.82%, but later reversed course, ending the session with a nearly 4% decline.

MSCI Smallcap Index Reshuffle: 11 Inclusions, 22 Exits​

In the MSCI Global Smallcap Indexes, 11 companies are set to be added, while 22 will be removed, also effective May 30.
