New Delhi, Feb 26 – Bollywood actor Preity Zinta recently visited the Maha Kumbh Mela for the third time and described her experience as a mix of magic, warmth, and introspection. Taking to social media platform X on Wednesday, she shared a video capturing her spiritual journey at the grand religious gathering, where she took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam.

In her heartfelt caption, Zinta expressed the deep emotions the visit evoked. "This was my third time at the Kumbh Mela & it was magical, heartwarming & a bit sad. Magical because no matter how hard I try, I cannot explain how I felt. Heartwarming because I went with my mom & it meant the world to her. Sad, because I wanted to be liberated from the various cycles of life & death only to realize the duality of life & attachment," she wrote.

Reflecting on spiritual detachment, she questioned whether she was ready to let go of her loved ones. "Am I ready to let go of my family, my children & the people I love? No! I’m not. It’s deeply moving & humbling when it dawns on you that the strings of attachment are strong & mighty, and no matter what, your spiritual journey is ultimately solo," she added.

Zinta concluded her note with a profound realization: "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience but spiritual beings having a human experience. Beyond this, I don’t know, but I’m confident my curiosity will pave the way toward all the answers I seek… till then, Har Har Mahadev!"

The Maha Kumbh Mela, which began on January 13, concludes today. Over the past month, millions of devotees and several celebrities, including Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, and Raveena Tandon, participated in the sacred event.
