Financial Relief and Accountability Measures

During the hearing, Sharma issued directives for financial assistance to be provided to Mukesh Singh Rajawat, a paralysed individual, through the Chief Minister's Relief Fund as per the established guidelines.

He also instructed authorities to maintain a detailed record of each grievance, ensure timely follow-up, and communicate the status of resolutions to the complainants.
