Rajasthan Weather Update: Temperatures to Rise Above Normal Next Week

Barmer Records Highest Temperature, Fatehpur Coldest​


The maximum temperatures across Rajasthan are set to rise by two to three degrees Celsius above normal over the coming week, according to a spokesperson from the Meteorological Department.


In the past 24 hours, Rajasthan experienced predominantly dry weather conditions. Barmer recorded the state's highest temperature at 36.4 degrees Celsius, indicating early signs of warming. On the other hand, Fatehpur in Sikar district witnessed the lowest minimum temperature, dropping to 7.2 degrees Celsius.


The Meteorological Department further forecasts that dry weather conditions will persist across most regions of Rajasthan throughout the upcoming week.


Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid direct sun exposure during peak afternoon hours as temperatures continue to rise.
