Net profit climbs to ₹93.36 crore; income crosses ₹1,100 crore for FY25
New Delhi, May 16 – Rajesh Power Services, an Ahmedabad-based consultancy firm, has reported a strong financial performance for the fiscal year 2024-25, with net profit soaring over three times to ₹93.36 crore, up from ₹26.02 crore in FY24. The growth was attributed to a significant increase in income and a strong pipeline of new project orders.
The company’s total income surged to ₹1,114.66 crore in FY25, marking a sharp rise from ₹295.06 crore in the previous fiscal. This substantial growth reflects the firm’s expanding footprint in the consultancy and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sectors, particularly among state utilities and industrial clients.
H2 Profit More Than Doubles Over H1
In the second half of FY25 (October–March), Rajesh Power posted a net profit of ₹65.2 crore, more than double the ₹28.16 crore profit reported in the first half of the year. The firm’s income during H2 also witnessed a steep jump, climbing to ₹792.89 crore from ₹321.77 crore in H1.
Secures ₹1,116 Crore in New Orders
In a significant boost to its order book, Rajesh Power Services announced it secured fresh orders worth ₹1,116 crore in April 2025 from various government and institutional clients. These projects, scheduled for completion within 12 to 18 months, are expected to further strengthen the company's revenue outlook and solidify its position in the EPC domain.
Successful Market Debut
Rajesh Power Services made its debut on the BSE SME platform on December 2, 2024, following a ₹160.50 crore initial public offering. The successful listing underscores investor confidence in the company's growth trajectory and future prospects.
With a robust order pipeline and consistent earnings growth, the company appears well-positioned to sustain its momentum in the coming quarters.
