On April 3, the Upper House convened from 11:00 a.m. to 4:02 a.m. the following day — the longest sitting ever recorded in Rajya Sabha’s history."This would send a very great message to the people at large and enhance belief in this great institution," said Dhankhar, underscoring the commitment and diligence demonstrated by the House.
