Gurugram, Feb 3 (PTI) – The Gurugram police have filed an FIR against employees and bouncers associated with a real estate company for allegedly trespassing, stealing, and illegally confiscating construction materials from another firm's project in Manesar, officials reported on Monday.

The complaint, lodged by Dhirendra Dadwal, director of Prominent Enterprises Private Limited, states that his company had constructed a boundary wall as part of their Swastik Green project in Manesar. However, on January 29, employees of Vatika Group (Bayani Developers Private Limited) allegedly arrived at the site with a team and began demolishing the structure.

"They demolished our 200-foot boundary wall. When we questioned their actions, Deepak, Surender Joshi, Jagmohan Gulia, along with 100 bouncers and security guards, verbally abused our staff and threatened to attack them with their equipment," Dadwal claimed in his complaint.

He further alleged that after the demolition, the accused took away the construction materials from the site.

Based on the complaint, an FIR has been registered at IMT, Manesar police station under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including criminal trespass (329(3)), theft (303(2)), criminal intimidation (351(2)), and common intention (3(5)), police confirmed.

Authorities stated that an investigation into the matter is ongoing. Meanwhile, no official from Vatika Group has responded to the allegations.
