
February 11, New Delhi — In a tragic shooting incident in Canada, at least 10 people were killed on Tuesday in a remote area of western Canada. Six people were found dead inside a high school in Tumbler Ridge, two more were found dead at a residence believed to be connected to the incident, and another person died on the way to the hospital. A suspected shooter was also found dead from what appears to be a self-inflicted injury. According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, twenty-seven people were injured, including two with serious injuries. Tumbler Ridge is a remote municipality with a population of approximately 2,400 people, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in northern British Columbia.
