Mumbai, Feb 26: Third-party logistics provider RGL is set to significantly expand its national warehousing capacity with the leasing of a mega logistics hub in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The company is also finalizing a warehouse in Bangalore and launching a similar facility in Gurgaon, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening India's supply chain infrastructure.

With this expansion, RGL’s warehousing capacity is projected to grow by 45% in FY26, reaching 1.45 million sq ft from the current 1 million sq ft. This move is aligned with its goal of offering smarter and more connected logistics solutions.

Strategic Expansion in Key Locations

The company’s new 45,000 sq ft Grade A warehousing facility at One Samruddhi Park in Bhiwandi is set to launch in May. Designed to optimize logistics efficiency, the warehouse boasts excellent connectivity to major trade and industrial zones.

"Our new Bhiwandi warehouse represents a major step towards a more efficient supply chain. With an investment of ₹25 crore, we are expanding to help businesses meet rising consumer demand. Increased demand translates to more inventory, and this facility is designed to support that growth," said Aditya Vazirani, CEO of RGL.

The expansion extends beyond logistics, contributing to job creation, economic growth, and a more resilient supply chain, Vazirani added.

Expanding Presence Across India

In Gurgaon, RGL has launched a 1,50,000 sq ft warehouse, strategically located near the Dwarka Expressway and KMP Expressway. This positioning ensures seamless access to IGI Airport, Delhi, and key industrial hubs, enhancing supply chain efficiency for industries such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, and automotive.

In Bangalore, the company has finalized a 1,00,000 sq ft warehouse to streamline operations across South India. Additionally, RGL is securing a fourth warehouse in Pune to cater to the high-demand automotive sector, while a new facility in Lucknow is in the pipeline to expand regional capacity.

A Vision for the Future of Logistics

"This expansion is not just about increasing our footprint but about shaping the future of logistics in India. Each facility strengthens the supply chain with agile, technology-driven, and future-ready solutions. With our presence in 18 states, we provide our customers with flexibility through a single service provider across the vast Indian landscape," Vazirani stated.

With these strategic investments, RGL is poised to play a pivotal role in enhancing India’s logistics infrastructure, supporting businesses in meeting evolving market demands with speed and efficiency.
