Dubai – November 11, 2025 – The “Road to AI Impact Summit 2026” kicked off yesterday at Symbiosis International University in Dubai, in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The two-day event serves as a preparatory summit for the larger AI Impact Summit, scheduled for November 16th in New Delhi.
The summit is bringing together policymakers, academics, and industry leaders to discuss the responsible application of artificial intelligence and its societal impact. Attendees included Ambassador of India to the UAE, Dr. Deepak Mittal, and Consul General of India to Dubai, Satish Sivan.
A key development at the summit was the unveiling of NANDA, a new AI model developed through a partnership between the UAE’s G42 Group and utilizing Condor Galaxy, one of the world’s most powerful AI supercomputers. The model boasts 13 billion parameters.
The summit also featured the launch of the ATAL Incubation Centre at IIT Delhi’s Abu Dhabi campus, established last year to foster AI-driven entrepreneurship and research within the UAE and the broader Gulf region.
