According to the company's regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the order was issued on February 27, 2025 (Order No. ZD200225013698N). However, RVNL has stated that the demand does not have any material financial or operational impact on the company.
The company has also confirmed that necessary appeals have been filed or are in the process of being filed with the appropriate jurisdictional appellate authorities.
