New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) – Silver prices witnessed a slight decline on Tuesday, falling by ₹73 to settle at ₹94,184 per kilogram as traders trimmed their positions.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver contracts for March delivery saw a drop of 0.08%, trading at ₹94,184 per kg with a business turnover of 24,405 lots. Analysts attributed the fall to profit-booking by investors at existing market levels.
In the global market, silver prices also edged lower, declining 0.31% to $32.42 per ounce in New York.
The dip in silver prices reflects broader market sentiment, as traders adjust their positions in response to global trends and domestic market conditions.
