New Delhi, Feb 27 – Silver prices witnessed a decline of ₹540, settling at ₹94,101 per kilogram on Thursday as traders reduced their holdings amid market fluctuations.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), silver futures for March delivery dropped by 0.57% to ₹94,101 per kg, with a trading volume of 6,145 lots. Analysts attributed the dip to profit-booking by market participants at higher levels.

In the global market, silver futures were also under pressure, trading 0.86% lower at $32.30 per ounce in New York. The decline reflects broader market trends, with investors adjusting their positions amid fluctuating demand and economic cues.
