February 16, Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Youth Services and Sports Department is organizing a complimentary ski training program in Gulmarg for children representing multiple districts of the Jammu division.
A significant number of participants have enrolled in the course, where they are receiving introductory-level instruction in skiing. Trainers from the department are guiding the children through basic techniques and foundational skills as part of the program.
Officials said arrangements have been made for lodging and meals during the training period. Participants expressed satisfaction with the facilities and said they were pleased with the overall experience.
In addition to ski lessons, the children are exploring the scenic landscape of Gulmarg. They also commended the hospitality extended by local residents during their stay.
