New Delhi, May 12 — SRF Ltd, a Gurugram-based multi-business chemical conglomerate, reported a 24.59% surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 526.06 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25, buoyed by robust sales across its verticals.

In comparison, the company had posted a net profit of Rs 422.21 crore during the same quarter last year.

Total income for the January-March 2025 quarter rose 20.23% year-on-year to Rs 4,215.17 crore, up from Rs 3,505.92 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, according to the company’s regulatory filing.

Despite a strong fiscal year finish, SRF Ltd reported a 6.35% decline in consolidated net profit for the full year 2024-25, at Rs 1,240.78 crore, down from Rs 1,335.71 crore in FY24.

Management Commentary and Outlook​

Commenting on the performance, Chairman and Managing Director Ashish Bharat Ram said,

“We have finished the year on a very strong note, supported by seasonal factors. That aside, we will go into the new financial year carrying this momentum.”
However, he cautioned about ongoing uncertainties, stating,

“We are dealing with a very volatile global economy at the moment and while we remain cautiously optimistic about the year ahead, the risks remain.”

Patent Activity and Business Overview​

SRF continues to invest in innovation, having applied for 481 patents as of March 31, 2025. Twelve new patents were filed during the fourth quarter, and the company has been granted 151 patents globally so far.

With a diversified portfolio spanning fluorochemicals, specialty chemicals, performance films and foils, technical textiles, and coated and laminated fabrics, SRF Ltd closed FY25 with an annual turnover of Rs 14,358 crore.
