Srimanta Sankardeva University commemorates its 18th Foundation Day in Guwahati
The 18th Foundation Day of the Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences was celebrated at the auditorium of Gauhati Medical College on Monday.
The event was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of Dibrugarh University, Jiten Hazarika, who was the chief guest. The Vice-Chancellor of Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences, Anup Kumar Barman, was also present.
During the event, the university awarded its 2025 awards in recognition of academic and professional excellence.
On this occasion, Dipankar Bandyopadhyay, a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, delivered the Dr. Dhruvajyoti Bora Foundation Day Lecture.
