New Delhi, February 4 (PTI) – Renowned Bollywood filmmaker Subhash Ghai, accompanied by his wife Mukta Ghai, has acquired a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for a sum of Rs 24 crore, as reported by real estate consultant Square Yards on Tuesday.
According to a statement issued by Square Yards, the property registration details were verified through the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The newly acquired residence is part of the 81 Aureate project developed by the MJ Shah Group, located in a prime area of Bandra.
The 4 BHK apartment spans across a generous 4,364 sq. ft. of carpet area (approximately 405.42 square meters) and boasts a built-up area of 5,239 sq. ft. (around 486.69 square meters).
