Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (BSE: 532481, NSE: NOIDATOLL) has announced that the Supreme Court of India has dismissed its review petition challenging the verdict issued on December 20, 2024, in the long-standing legal battle involving the Concession Agreement for the DND Flyway.
The apex court refused to reconsider its earlier judgment and dismissed the plea filed by NTBCL against the Federation of Noida Residents' Welfare Association and others. The order, delivered on May 10, 2025, upholds the original decision, which questioned the validity of the agreement between NOIDA, IL&FS, and NTBCL.
