Three Gangsters Arrested in Delhi, Gurugram Firing Case Solved

New Delhi, Feb 2 (PTI): In a major breakthrough, Delhi Police have arrested three criminals linked to the notorious Bambiha and Neeraj Bawania gangs, effectively solving a high-profile firing case in Gurugram, officials confirmed on Sunday.

The accused—Sunil Yadav alias Lala, Lalit alias Rahul, and Faheem alias Langda—were involved in a violent attack in Gurugram’s Ashok Vihar on January 14, where 24 rounds were fired. Following the incident, gunmen left behind slips bearing the name of the Bambiha gang, further escalating gang-related tensions in the region.

Key Arrests and Investigation Details

Acting on intelligence, police intercepted a stolen vehicle in Saket, leading to the arrest of Sunil Yadav. Further investigations resulted in the capture of Lalit and Faheem, both of whom have extensive criminal records.

Faheem, identified as a key conspirator, was responsible for arranging a stolen motorcycle used in the Gurugram attack. He has a history of working with organized crime syndicates and has been implicated in multiple serious offenses.

Lalit, previously employed as a delivery agent, has been linked to at least six criminal cases, including robbery and murder.

Authorities have also recovered a stolen car as part of the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, further interrogation is underway to uncover deeper connections within these criminal networks.
