Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd announced on Monday that it has secured two significant orders totaling Rs 350 crore for the supply of transformers, reflecting robust demand and confidence from both domestic and international markets.
In a regulatory filing, the company disclosed that the first order, valued at Rs 278 crore, has been awarded by India's Adani Group. This major order further solidifies Transformers and Rectifiers' position as a trusted supplier within the domestic energy sector.
Additionally, the company has secured another substantial order worth Rs 78 crore from international clients, including Al Sabha Group from Iraq and Powerlink Queensland from Australia. These global contracts underline the company's expanding international presence and its reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality transformer solutions.
As per the terms outlined in the regulatory statement, deliveries for both orders are scheduled to be completed within the next financial year, indicating a positive revenue outlook for Transformers and Rectifiers for the upcoming fiscal period.
