New Delhi, May 11 — Realty developer Trinity has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 510 crore to BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd for its upcoming luxury residential project, 'Sky Palazzo Residences', in Gurugram.According to a company statement released on Sunday, the project will be located in Sector 88B of Gurugram, a rapidly growing real estate hub in the Delhi-NCR region. The contract covers the construction of the premium residential complex, marking a significant step forward in Trinity’s expansion plans.
Last month, Trinity had announced that it would invest a total of Rs 1,200 crore in developing the 'Sky Palazzo Residences' project. The first phase of the development will include 345 high-end apartments, reflecting the company’s focus on upscale housing.
The move comes amid a positive growth trend in the regional real estate market. As per data from PropEquity, housing sales in the Delhi-NCR region climbed by 10 percent in the first quarter of 2025, reaching 11,221 units compared to 10,235 units during the same period last year.
The collaboration between Trinity and BL Kashyap is expected to enhance the pace and quality of development in one of the most sought-after residential zones in NCR.
