Emphasizes accountability and prompt redressal at Gorakhpur ‘Janata Darshan’

Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh – April 6:
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a stern warning to officials against negligence in addressing public grievances, asserting that any delay or deliberate inaction would result in strict disciplinary measures.

The Chief Minister delivered this directive during a Janata Darshan held outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan at the Gorakhnath temple, where he personally heard the concerns of nearly 200 citizens.

“If there is any hindrance in resolving an individual's issue, it must be identified and rectified promptly,” Adityanath stated. “In cases where complaints are deliberately delayed or kept pending at any administrative level, accountability must be fixed without fail.”

Focus on Timely Redressal and Accountability

Adityanath stressed the importance of fair, efficient, and timely grievance redressal by both administrative and police officials. He emphasized that every genuine complainant must receive assistance without delay, and warned that deliberate neglect would not be tolerated.

He further directed authorities to investigate the reasons behind administrative bottlenecks in specific cases and ensure swift resolution.

Special Attention to Land Encroachment and Welfare Schemes
