New Delhi, May 12 – Vikram Solar has clinched a major order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) to supply 326.625 MW of high-efficiency solar modules for the upcoming Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.
This project is a significant addition to Vikram Solar’s growing portfolio, pushing its total renewable energy contribution to approximately 577 MW, the company announced on Monday.
The solar modules are slated for delivery in the financial year 2025-26 (FY26), further strengthening the clean energy drive in one of India’s most ambitious renewable hubs.
Gyanesh Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar, highlighted the importance of the collaboration, stating, “This order reinforces the strong and enduring relationship between Vikram Solar and GIPCL. The Khavda project symbolises a collective push toward energy security and sustainability. With this order, we are contributing to one of the most important renewable energy projects in India.”

The Khavda Renewable Energy Park, once completed, is expected to play a pivotal role in bolstering India’s solar energy capacity and reducing its carbon footprint.
