New Delhi, February 10 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 42 to Rs 3,335 per quintal on Tuesday in futures trading, as traders reduced their positions following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for March delivery traded lower by Rs 42, or 1.28 percent, to Rs 3,335 per quintal, with an open interest of 47,060 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by traders at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, primarily weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
