Jaipur, Feb 3 (PTI): A fresh western disturbance is expected to bring rainfall to parts of Rajasthan on Monday and Tuesday, the local meteorological department reported. The weather system is likely to affect the eastern and northern regions of the state, while the rest of Rajasthan is expected to remain dry in the coming days.
Despite the impending rainfall, cold conditions continue to grip several areas of the state. Ganganagar recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the last 24 hours at 4 degrees Celsius. Other regions also experienced chilly weather, with Sirohi registering a low of 6.2 degrees Celsius, followed by Churu at 6.5 degrees, Sangaria at 7.4 degrees, and Lunkaransar at 8 degrees Celsius.
In the state capital Jaipur, temperatures remained moderate, with the maximum reaching 25 degrees Celsius and the minimum recorded at 12.4 degrees Celsius.
