
Jammu, February 13 The General Officer Commanding of the White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General P K Mishra, visited forward areas along the Line of Control in the Pallanwala sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday to review the security situation and operational preparedness of troops.
"In the forward areas of Pallanwala and Rajouri, the GOC of the White Knight Corps, along with the GOC of the Cross Swords Division and the GOC of the Romeo Force, reviewed the security situation and operational preparedness along the Line of Control and the counter-terrorism grid," the White Knight Corps said on X.
The Army stated that soldiers are resolute, alert, prepared, and battle-ready at all times, despite the challenging terrain, and said, "We Serve, We Protect."
On Thursday, the GOC visited forward areas along the LoC in the Rajouri district and asked the troops to maintain constant vigilance and professional excellence to meet emerging threats, the Army said.
The GOC interacted with the troops deployed on the LoC in the Naushera sector, where he was briefed on their high state of readiness, intensive training, and enhanced measures to improve surveillance, precision engagement, and combat effectiveness, the Army said.
